If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required  
- Original packaging is preferred but not required

We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost  
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and restocking fees might apply.

International Returns

As we ship internationally, return addresses may vary depending on your location.  
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are returned safely using a tracked service where possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days after approval.  
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
